I consider this just standard nutritional dose-in case of exposure or illness, I have regular Quercetin pills, zinc, etc. to take in larger amounts which I posted up thread from Med Cram.
Many times it is more important to have supplementation prior to an illness rather than when you actually get sick. Vitamin D3 is that way for sure according to what I recall from various studies.
In the last few days there was a post that explained the differences in function of HCQ and Quercetin. I have not been able to find it and need the info for a friend.

I’ve seen everything recommended in other posts, except the famotidine and melatonin.
Famotidine is prescription, where all the other items are OTC.
I’d go with the supplements, if someone can’t get HCQ.
