We are way pass the point that Flynn’s constitutional right to a speedy trial has been violated. It is a sham that the courts would continue to prosecute a man after the prosecution (Justice Dept) drops the charges. The judicial malfeasance on display boggles the mind.
I knew this would happen just as I knew they would hear his appeal. The judiciary sticks together. The Deep State sticks together. The Swamp does not want to be drained.
