I agree. She probably missed him a few times, but he acted as if he wasn’t even hit. She did a great job clearing the gun and re-engaging, which tells me she’s had plenty of training.

I’ve trained quite a few people in handguns and close-quarter combat and, as I tell them - particularly women, if you have to actually discharge your gun in the protection of your life, empty the magazine; “dead” men have killed quite a few people. Unfortunately, a lot of police departments don’t allow officers to use ammo with Hydra-shock, Gold Dot, Critical Defense and other ammo that does significant damage.
