I think that Dam is gonna fail, and China’s world domination may be set back at least 50 years. I do hope the people are able to evacuate ahead of time-but I doubt the CCP cares-less people to feed in the coming famine.

I agree, get the people out of harms way and then let that baby blow. My buddy who lived in China says it was made out of “red clay and human dung”. That’s kinda by definition “bad concrete” ;-) He says the whole project was one of those Commie “we can make one bigger than yours and faster too!” projects where the only claim to fame is they got it done in record time. Highly motivated engineers, I’d guess.
