Trump signs executive orders aimed at lowering prescription drug costs

“These providers should not be receiving discounts for themselves while charging their poorest patients massive, full prices. Under this order, the price of insulin for affected patients will come down to just pennies a day from numbers that you weren’t even able to think about. It’s a massive cost savings,” Trump said.
“The middlemen are making a fortune and pharmacy benefit managers and people are just bilking Medicare patients with these high drug prices. While they pocket gigantic discounts gigantic discounts,” he said.
Trump will also implement a mandate that pharmaceutical companies sell prescription drugs in the U.S. at the same prices as in other countries, called the International Drug-Pricing index or the “favored nations clause.” Trump

Lie a jungle here. The bind weed (wild morning glories) has gotten completely out of hand. Got it wrapped around weed eater and. Completely ruined it. It cannot be cut with string. Must be pulled or dug with blade.
Good news is we will have ratatouille aka garden garbage for supper. Make it more like stir fry and serve with meat. Everything will be from our garden including the eggplant, squashes, onion, parsley, basil, garlic and thyme. Will add some Parmesan cheese to blend the flavors. Garden is producing lots. Even some to share.

That communists in Portland are complaining about being rounded up and arrested by "secret police" might be the single most ironic thing I've ever heard.
Hoping to get WiFi hooked up soon. Then I can send a picture at least. Love eating our own food. Took a few blackberries to a friend last night. Hopefully they will come on stronger.

All 18 defendants have made their first appearances in federal court and were ordered released pending jury trials or other follow-up court proceedings.
