In the next 10 hours there will be a lot of water coming to Wuhan: More flooding from the Yangtze river, but as well heavy raining - more than 1 inch/h !
Many companies and plants in Wuhan will be destroyed, the supply chains for many industries both in China and outside will be impacted.
This is just with the present situation, if the Three Gorges Dam will collapse it will be a super disaster.
This has to be verified:
“It appears the ship locks are being used as an alternative spillway for three gorges dam, which can’t be reversed until water levels normalize... Or in other words there is no control of outflow now”
and
“The Three Gorges Dam capability to release water downstream has reached the absolute maximum. It cannot increase the rate of discharge of water. Either it will overflow or bust.”
