Been to the British Museum twice. LOVED IT!!!

But my first visit in 84 the guide said it was haunted.

Same here. Also visited The Tower of London twice, and Hampton Court twice in 2006 & 2007. On the second trip to Hampton Court I was talking to one of the guides while we were walking through the Queen's Gallery. They told me that they'd been having problems with the security system on that particular gallery, going off at all hours. When they checked on it, they could find no reason for its being activated. This person hinted that they thought it might be caused due to paranormal reasons. A short while after we left the empty gallery, the alarm went off. I myself have never seen anything out of the ordinary, despite having visited plenty of historical sites, and battlegrounds here in the U.S. and in the U.K. The only place I visited, and had an emotional reaction to, was Andersonville Prison in Georgia.
