It appears the protest mobs of the U.S. and Europe are bent on canonizing the late George Floyd, a former alumnus of Texas prisons, as Saint George of the Hood. Of course to be canonized as a real deal saint Mr Floyd has had to demonstrate a miracle and it appears in death he’s done it. We know the death of accused criminal Jesus Christ on the cross began the miracle of Christianity. Mr Floyd’s death at the hands of the Minneapolis police caused the birth of anti law & order in the U.S. So, before you get your shorts in a knot with me comparing Jesus’s death to Floyd’s, keep in mind that Jesus wasn’t the most popular guy in town with the Romans. George Floyd. a career criminal wasn’t exactly on Minneapolis’s Chamber of Commerce’s citizen of the year list. Who would have thought that the death of a career criminal would not only cause masses of people to rise up across the U.S. against law and order but drive pussified politicians to hike up their skirts and demand police forces be de-funded and/or disbanded? Got to admit that this is a miracle, although one gone haywire. The lesson I’ve gotten from all this is how fouled up our values are in the U.S. and what little it takes for the country to jump the rails into chaos and possible anarchy.

George Floyd’s Criminal Past
George Floyd moved to Minneapolis in 2014 after being released from prison in Houston, Texas following an arrest for aggravated robbery
On May 25, 2020, Floyd was arrested for passing a counterfeit $20 bill at a grocery store in Minneapolis
He was under the influence of fentanyl and methamphetamine at the time of arrest
Floyd has more than a decade-old criminal history at the time of the arrest and went to jail for atleast 5 times
George Floyd was the ringleader of a violent home invasion
He plead guilty to entering a woman’s home, pointing a gun at her stomach and searching the home for drugs and money, according to court records
Floyd was sentenced to 10 months in state jail for possession of cocaine in a December 2005 arrest
He had previously been sentenced to eight months for the same offense, stemming from an October 2002 arrest
Floyd was arrested in 2002 for criminal trespassing and served 30 days in jail
He had another stint for a theft in August 1998

Democrats and liberals and progressives and communists, all over the world, must be going through hell right now.
The saint George Floyd funeral is forcing them to listen to RELIGIOUS gospel music and sermons mentioning Christ and God. The left is not much into religions, so, I wonder how they’re faring lately, with the Floyd funeral and services kinda backfiring on their anti-God/anti-religion stances.
I am as mad as I’ve ever been watching the canonization of George Floyd.

In addition to the things you mentioned we also know he was a porn actor and there is now evidence he was selling drugs at the time he was arrested. As an “oppressed umemployed black man,” he was driving a black Mercedes SUV at the time of his death.

I’m with you. . .but I guess I should have included my usual “we have lost our moral authority” schtick . .the only Jesus that some kids have grown up knowing the past several years is the one used profanely. I am the daughter of both parents who served in WWII and support veterans and military causes, etc. etc. etc. But you must agree, we have lost our way.
