John Kerry's former head of security has been arrested for repeatedly raping a ten-year-old child, according to reports.58-year-old J. Scott Moretti, who worked as Democratic former Secretary of State Kerry's security detail chief from January 2013 to April 2015, was arrested last week in Prince William County and charged with sexually abusing a young child between 2011 and 2013.Moretti was also a former deputy assistant secretary of the State Department, who oversaw diplomatic security training until 2018, according to his LinkedIn page and an archived State Department biography.

Having known a guy who was arrested and falsely accused of molesting his young daughter’s girlfriend, I prefer to withhold judgment until the guy is proven to be guilty.
I was at State from 2004-2012 as a member of the vaunted 15,000 authorized foreign service... which has something like 18000 people due to extra folks being employed because congress has not increased the 15K authorization.... Imagine if DOD 3,000 extra employees how the DNC would howl....
But I digress to the point that during my tenure, State under Hillary reissued the guidance and Foreign Service Manual verbiage on Prostitution, human trafficking and child abuse rolling it all together in a mangled effort to encompass Prostitution as a form of Slavery and then charging Men with who were caught with female prostitutes as if they had enslaved them. The kink in all this was it allowed Men to have sex with Men for the homosexuals who are untouchable celebrated people to be emulated.
I personally know of a member of the foreign service who has bragged about rapping little boys when he was working in border camps in Laos or Thailand... and he bragged about dragging boys into the jungle and murdering them after he rapped them. This guy is now in Belgium as the Management Officer. He has been caught with child porn in Rio de Janeiro, adultery with local national staff, etc., and he just keeps moving up thru the ranks at State. He is married to a Thai woman if anyone at State wants to investigate this horrible creature who has a dark side very much in the open.
