Re Obama phone call, lots of um’s , pauses like he can’t string together coherent thoughts. Once again exposes the “ teleprompter King” for the fraud he is.

Exactly what I was thinking when I heard it. I think we had all realized that he couldn't string together a coherent sentence without a teleprompter when he was still in office. My husband used to go nuts watching him rotate his head: Teleprompter to the right, teleprompter center, teleprompter left, repeat.
