We can count on some organizations like Antifa and Black Pampers. MS-13 and other gangs might take advantage and loot but, that’s about the full of it.

I'mma have to disagree on that a bit Cletus. There will be nothing organized because their funding will no longer exist. Those groups only protest when they are getting paid and led. They are too stupid to organize on their own without direction.
