I don’t think they took that study any farther. Others might have, as it was cited by other articles\studies.

FYI I read part of this opinion earlier today before the Flynn stuff started breaking and it was important ... basically the 9th Circuit heard an appeal from some lady who was cashing in on illegal immigrants she was encouraging to come to the US and was prosecuted. The 9th Circuit heard the case and realized they’d have to rule against illegal immigration ... so they then solicited outside liberal special interest groups to submit briefs in the case so they could decide the case on their submissions instead of the facts before them. This was so outrageous nobody, not even RBG, could vote for it. The ruling was overturned and sent back to the 9th telling them to rehear the matter and this time make a decision based upon the submissions of the litigants. WWG1WGA :)

I was just thinking about 0vomit’s secret pardons. I wonder if he signed dozens or hundreds of them or if all the perps are included in one (or a few) pardon documents.
Are any of Schiff’s crimes from before Trump was President? And was Schiff pardoned by 0vomit?
I am also wondering if 0vomit will bring out a pardon for Schiff. Or will he let Schiff hang? If he does bring out a pardon, will other people be on it? If that’s the case, the list of people on the pardon would be like a road map for who to investigate next. If that’s the case, will the DS start fighting amongst themselves to avoid having it made public?
I wonder which rats will side with Schiff and for how long. It will be entertaining watching them abandon him. I expect that won’t take too long once he appears to be in serious jeopardy.
