She took the findings from that study..and with the help of US funds continued studying it in A WUHAN LAB
Then it jumped..which is what chapel warned about..and what she warned about years later..

I agree it appears the research was offshored so to speak, and the Chinese went bat-shit crazy with it to borrow the pun.
There is a race on now to see if the intermediary link, which is required to go from the RaTG13 virus to the current one, can be found in nature. I understand this can take some time, as the MERS intermediary was found in camels, for example.
But if NO intermediary can be found naturally occurring in nature, and so far there hasn’t been, it almost directly points to the lab for cultivating the intermediary. That’s because it would be close to impossible to assume the very first, one and only intermediary that ever existed in nature, immediately jumped into humans. Not impossible, but the odds would be astronomical IMO.
Or it could be a bioweapon development vs. experiment.
