What is currently trending on Facebook, in Canada, is the lack of facemasks. They blame Trump for taking care of his country first.
My response to them has been to ask, "Why did Trudeau not take steps to address the shortage before the pandemic?"

Our public healthcare system is nothing more than overpriced GP care. If I were an American, I could get the same level of general care for about $500/yr, of what I use. In Canada, this costs me about $5700/year.
This actually shows how vastly incompetent and unprepared europe’s and canada’s vaunted healtchare systems are.
For all the socialist welfare state spending, they trulymdo suck ass under moderate pressure.
They have an excess of hockey masks up there. Use them.

I used to live up there, we had great access, but quality... not so good.
Of course I’m from MA, best healthcare anywhere,quality-wise.

We must humor the Canadian and make sure 3M masks get there. Reason is they are made from Canadian trees.

Canada could petition to become part of the US. This would be a great win for America and for Canadians to join the greatest country in the world. Maybe Trump should also once again offer to buy Greenland, offering $100,000 and US citizenship to each Greenlander.

It certainly shows the folly of trusting another country for needed supplies. Every country should seek to be self-sufficient.
I mean that in respect to any country depending on any other country for its needs.
