No, not at all.
There’s a Mexican part of St Paul. It’s across the river from downtown St Paul. It’s been there for decades.
But no, there’s not a Chinatown here.
Long live the Dragon Gate in Philly’s Chinatown, the Wing Hing in Brookhaven, PA, and the China Lane at Route 320 and Eagle Rd. near Cardinal O’Hara HS. My family ate at all those places when I was little.
