If it were available primary care physicians could prescribe it to patients in their earliest stages of fever and cough before shortness of breath begins. Resources have to be allocated properly. The crazies blossom in a crisis. Right now physicians and pharmacists are being threatened with sanction by the lunatic governors of Nevada and Michigan if they prescribe or dispense hydroxychloroquine.
