I just use a regular oven, set around 275-300, and watch and stir. First I make a salt water solution and stir the seeds in it in a large bowl, let sit for a short while, drain and toast. We don’t avoid salt here. :-D I do that with sunflower seeds too. Excellents sources of iron, protein and other good stuff, pumpkin seeds are exceptionally high in zinc. Which is also good for prostate health.

We don’t avoid salt here. :-D

I used to love salt ;) Now I have to avoid it. Check your blood pressure at the drugstore when you visit to make sure you're not hypertensive (over 160 on the top#). It does taste good though... some restaurant's appetizers have over 6000 milligrams of sodium for example, fast food burgers over 1000, etc. Recommended no more than 1500 daily. Don't 'stroke out'!
