Go ahead. Be unkind. I don’t like the way it looked when I posted it. It was supposed to be a Martin Luther King quote. Not that I ever cared too much for him, but there were times he made sense. But then, even crazy people make sense once in a while, including me.

"Go ahead. Be unkind."

"Deliberately unkind." Accidental unkindness is clumsiness; deliberate unkindness is being mean. I try to be careful about the difference.

You can use cut and paste to post in your tagline, but you have to strip out the punctuation. Punctuation marks use different coding in the tagline than in the posts themselves.

Remove the punctuation, copy and paste, then add the punctuation back in. Or, just type in the whole line -- it's not alowed to be very long.

P.S. By the way, Martin Luther King, Jr. was a Republican. Educated and well-spoken, he had many very good ideas, though admittedly most appear to have turned into shattered dreams.

When you copy from another Web app you have to paste into a notepad or something so your smart quotes don’t get turned into junk. After pasting it into notepad you copy it from notepad and paste it into your tagline.
