Thanks Robert, maybe you should read my reply to you again. I am not afraid of this, I go out to work every day among the uninformed. I perform decontamination of everything I touch multiple times daily, just as I learned in the Army long ago.
Do you see me spreading panic? If you do, you are the one who is afraid of current events. I only converse with the others here about data we see on outside sites, and I tend to pass along on the ground events from inside China that the MSM cant - or wont - give you.
I have been saying this is a weapon for two months. I understand why President Trump doesnt declare it as such, as that would require a world devastating nuclear response. I see quite clearly from inside China that the less lethal variant of the virus was released there, and Italy/Iran received the weapons grade finished product. IMO the release of this was premature, most likely thru the sale of a test animal at the market, or the escape of one of them. October came early.
Those who cherry pick the death rate of this are with disingenuous or CCP trolls. The most devastating effect of this will be to either our health care system or our banking system depending upon our approach toward mitigation. If Trump plays FluBro and lets it run amok, our HCS collapses in many areas and the idiots panic en masse. If we social distance and slow the infection cycle, maybe - hopefully - we can bring about an effective treatment in that window of opportunity.
Social distancing is difficult for attention and activity starved folks, or for those who value their stock portfolio more than the lives of others. Sorry for the first, zero f_cks given about the latter.
Ive got months worth of money, food, medicine, guns and ammo. The last thing I am is panicked. And you, sir, are one of the occasional trolls on this thread.
Harris Poll: U.S. Seniors Are Least Worried And Least Informed About COVID-19 But Most At Risk
A new survey suggests the population most vulnerable to COVID-19 is also the group thats least worried and also least informed: senior citizens.
According to the survey, conducted by The Harris Poll, only 47% of U.S. adults over the age of 60 are worried about dying from the novel coronavirus despite being the most at risk. That lack of worry is a stark contrast to the actual statistics of COVID-19 patients, where health officials say patients over 80 have a fatality rate of 15% compared to the average overall case fatality rate of 2.3%. (For comparison, 57% of millennials surveyed also fear dying from the virus.)
Seniors dont only think theyre not at risk of dying, but also believe theyre not likely to catch COVID-19 at all. According to the nationally representative survey of 2,000 adults conducted between March 5 and March 9, 77% of adults over the age of 65 think theyre unlikely to catch the coronavirus based on their daily habits compared to 67% of millennials.
So are you actually in China, or are you communicating with someone in China? I want to know more of what your situation really is for you to give actual on ground accounts within China.
Also, why would China unleash the more deadly strain in Iraq & Italy?
