Only on the surface. If there are 10x the cases, that’s 10x the burden on our hospitals, 10x the number of our healthcare profession that gets sick (and thus has to be isolated) and about 109x the panic. Yeah, great news. :>(
That’s also assuming that in an untested population they correctly attributed all deaths. It also is not taking into account the time of the progression to death is slow while there is exponential growth in the number of new cases.
