I understand posting without reading is tradition here but you REALLY should read the description of the machine before laying out your money!
If it works, that will be the least of your worries............
People have been building garage project fusion reactors for some time. None have produced a substantial amount of power output, certainly nothing of a usable nature. That’s not to say that the neutron output is of no consequence to your health over the long term though. Look up “IEC Fusion.”
