Early in the second quarter, with his team leading 21-0, Texans coach Bill O'Brien sent his offense back out onto the field to go for it on fourth down from the Kansas City 13-yard-line. The Texans were rolling, and they needed less than a foot to convert for the first down, so the decision made sense. Only O'Brien didn't actually have his offense go for it. Instead, he ran down the clock, called a timeout, and then sent Ka'imi Fairbairn out for a field goal try. The kick went through the uprights, giving the Texans a 24-0 lead.
The next time the Texans scored, it was to cut the Chiefs' lead from 41-24 to 41-31 with 24 seconds left in the third quarter. That's right. ROFL!!
Maybe the most horribly coached game I have ever seen.
The Texans weren’t 8 and 8 and slipped into the playoffs.
They were 10 and 6 and my God they should have been able to hold on to a 4 score lead!
I’m surprised the coach can go safely back home :)

You need to see a psychiatrist.
That first quarter looked like a freshmen high school game. The Texans are pathetic.
That would be fantastic.
KC (and their fans, and I am one) tend to foolishly look past opponents. I am sure that after they saw the Ravens lose they were talking about having another AFC Championship game at home without even playing a down against the Texans.
Tell me how many times you have seen those players kneeling down this year. You must be a real joy to hang out with during football games, do you always piss on the barbque?
