It's the final film in the Skywalker saga that concludes the nine-film epic space opera.
And critics were full of praise for Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker as they revealed their initial reactions to seeing the film at the Los Angeles premiere on Monday night.
While Disney has embargoed full reviews until Wednesday, those inside the three cinemas screening the film were so delighted they took to Twitter to give their spoiler-free thoughts on the film on Tuesday.

IMHO their high praise for the movie suggests the rumors are true about it having a gay scene.
From what I read on several websites, this movie is full of SJW diatribes and virtue signaling. And just like the last 5 Star Wars movies, I won’t waste my time watching it.
They are but it will be dependant on performance. After the one you saw it did fairly well so they let out that beyond 9 episodes they were thinking of another 3 and who knows what after that. When Last Jedi came out it also did well but the reaction of the fan base was greatly negative and they took out their wrath on the next non episode flick Solo. That made them pause and reassess. We have this maybe final one but if it does well Disney will roll on with new stuff. If the wrath of the fan boys is still unabated and this flick bombs all bets are off. Jedi was my last straw and regardless of how good or bad this is I won’t be going to any theatre to watch nor will I buy the dvd or watch it on any cable channel. It’s pretty much dead to me even though I will follow its fate here on FR.
Go see the Richard Jewell movie.

I could stomach a homosexual kiss in Bohemian Rhapsody because I could cover my eyes and it was a documentary about a guy that was homosexual.
But not in a fictional movie. Not at all. I won’t watch the movie.
Knowing Hollywood, they will not allow a moneymaking franchise to die.

If you want to retain the Star Wars magic you’ll never watch Last Jedi. Leave your imagination hanging at that last scene and be happy. Write your own script in your mind if you want. If you want all the fun destroyed go ahead and watch. The director of Last Jedi basically admitted it was a big FU to the fan base and all that had preceded it.

I can’t understand American’s obsession with Star Wars. I like movies too, and other than being a point of reference to when science fiction films changed to an improved special effects set (Logan’s Run being the last old school sci fi), Star Wars features horrible writing, acting and editing. It had a magnificent score, the only redeeming feature. The ongoing salivating over the series every move henceforth is baffling.
