The sperm would not make it to the semen. If they do the vasectomy was not complete. It can sometimes be reversed, but they tell you not to count on it.

A. The sperm, which are made in the testicles, cannot pass through the vas deferens once they have been cut and tied, so they are reabsorbed by the body.

—does this mean they had to extract it with a needle and they meant sperm and not semen, no idea.
