The “judge” cannot be involved in a perjury trap. He’d lose his law license. BUT the prosecution lawyer can & must in presenting evidence show the court/judge who and what is being deceived. This will be no problem in Adumb perjury case.
Since LG is head of the committee running the show he is acting as the judge and must follow rule of procedure. (This is where RATS really mess up. They don’t understand the procedures of the judicial system. Not practicing criminal lawyers. It’s also the reason NaN took the case away from NoNads. )
