Only a felony conviction or more than three misdemeanor convictions will make an individual ineligible for DACA.

Arrests don't count. What is the number of convicted individuals in the DACA program?

Emmanuel Jesus Rangel-Hernandez was convicted of murder. He was a daca boy. He was also in a federal gang database prior to daca and slipped thru as they say. There are others, but not all of them have been sentenced.
