I saw William Barr referred Ted Gunderson’s concerns over the kidnapping of Johnny Gosch to Robert Mueller with the FBI. I suspect that Mueller, Rosenstein, Brennan et. al. pretty much crush and forget their victims. I've read that Brennan playfully laughs about a man he had crushed by referring to him "that <>expletive<> cripple!" so maybe they do remember them. Strzok...welll yes....I suspect that's all he thinks of....
