NEW: House Democrats change course, will take vote to formalize impeachment procedures on THURSDAY, per Dem aides.
NEW from PELOSI: “We are taking this step to eliminate any doubt as to whether the Trump Administration may withhold documents, prevent witness testimony, disregard duly authorized subpoenas, or continue obstructing the House of Representatives.”

That will presumably depend on how fair the new process is. If POTUS still has no Constitutional rights, let them attempt impeachment. I am not sure, but I think all the reports up to now of 'subpoenas' is inaccurate; I think NP is trying to avoid taking that issue to court --- like that silly court ruling recently calling the process constitutional; that could take months to get to SCOTUS... put a wrench in the machinery they are trying to operate.

So doesn't that also give the GOP House members the same witness testimony and subpoena power....inquiring minds seek to know.
