The Epoch Times is not on the Updated FR Excerpt and Link Only or Deny Posting List due to Copyright Complaints thread as far as I can see. http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1111944/posts

The question was asked there by Stylin19a, but not answered.

Did you notice that Updated list was last updated 5 years ago? I've asked the Admin twice this week for the list that says Ramirez cartoons aren't allowed. Refused to answer. Yet he/she dinged one of ours for posting one.

Last week, when Bitt was being stalked, I went to look at the list.

I got to about 400 or 700+ posts and discerned that Jim is editing the list in the first post over time, so the one that shows at the top is the ‘current’ list even though it’s timestamped 2014 or so.

I only found one entry of four local paper sources in the central valley in CA that weren’t on the post #1 list.

But I see Epoch Times posts daily on the main board. I haven’t tracked if they’re getting deleted or not.

[whatever you do, don’t ask the admin mod over on the FBI Finder’s thread about it...] ;)

Re: the Ramirez cartoon ‘controversy’...

I guess I have a good memory, because I already knew that posting Ramirez cartoons is not allowed; because the Admin Moderator has stated so, in the time that I have been reading here.

So I will not copy any cartoons by Pulitzer Prize winning Michael P. Ramirez and then use an image hosting service to post said cartoons on FR.

That would put FR at risk of being sued *again* for copyright infringement. You know that FR has been sued more than once for copyright, right?
