Hi gen!
I speculate it would mean a war on those who want to do inordinate genetic engineering and splicing, etc - monster creation....GMO foods, GMO animals....and people.....and body parts. All kinds of what many would hold to be desecrations of the genetic code of life on earth.
Just wanted to add that I recently read that they have now genetically modified cotton....food-grade, as in cottonseed oil. : (
