What I just heard on Rush, which was
alarming, was that Epstein is going to have an effective double-jeopardy defense unless they can get some offenses outside the time window of the non-prosecution agreement, i.e., post-2007.
Hopefully, "We have it all" applies to this.

Andrew McCarthy was just now on FOX discussing this Double Jeopardy defense that can narrow the case to be made against Epstein.
However, I cant imagine Epstein will ever be safe to walk the streets again and stay alive, after the Court closes this case.

Rush likes to scaremonger sometimes.
I read several places that his non-prosecution agreement doesn’t hold water because of offenses since then of bribery, intimidating witnesses, etc.
