I recall seeing something on 8ch a couple of days ago about those 1-99 numbers referring to MKUltra studies. Complex and I didn’t have time to look further then, but might be worth trying to find. Hopefully not a dry well. Or useless rabbit hole. I don’t want to send people off on tangents.
I’d dig myself, but have a different project occupying my time in the near term.

Thanks. My lurking confirms your statement. It seems like the best minds, most logical arguments, best facts, most critical issues & topics appear on the Q threads.
