While the Twitter account is obvious garbage, the original 8ch anon post cannot be dismissed so easily.
All it says is that a military contractor person is being sent to Virginia for the 4th, and has noted a number of odd happenings. Then he speculates ... not at all unusual for 8ch anons.
The coup d’etat talk is his speculation. The point of interest is his musing that from his personal knowledge military is generally pro-Trump ... so ...
