I don't doubt your contention that China is the world's worst polluter. But that doesn't excuse the amount of waste in the US and nearby regions we impact.

Carnival Cruise Lines got involved in a lawsuit because illegal dumping of waste and in some cases falsifying records. They got off with a fine. As usual, money talks. What I'm saying is let's take care of the problems which are in our realm while we're commenting on others.
