That thought was not expressed in the clip in that manner. I think it had a touch of click bait to it.... but the name that stood out to me that they mentioned was Brennan. Also, I think they were beginning to lay out the story publicly which Q and Bongino have pointed to:

The data collection / intelligence arm of the govt had been weaponized. Rogers twigged onto it, and shut down the access to the data bases by people who were consultants.
That was an early alarm bell to the deep state that if Trump got in they could be in trouble My words, not from T and DeG. At any rate, while not stated, it does imply that there were many who committed crimes PRIOR to RUSSIA RUSSIA.
So there is a wide net of lots of people, and you and I can speculate - especially based on Q - that it goes up to the very WH itself. They don’t seem to be there stating that “Obama did it” yet all the time, but DeG has said so on other occasions. That couple do seem to be involved in prepping people for DECLAS.
My impression is that they have been dropping hints publicly (Hannity, etc. Not just the Q posts) that this all goes all the way to the White House. I.e., 0vomit.
But my personal opinion is that it goes much higher than that! I’m just not yet sure where exactly that is.
I think they are currently laying the groundwork to prepare the public for exposure of Clinton/0vomit crimes.
But none of this answers my question about “not who you think”. I’m curious what DeG was thinking. Maybe he’ll eventually tell us. I’ve always thought Brennan. And Clapper. and the Clintons and most of the 0vomit top brass.

After listening to the guests on Hannity tonight who were all linking Brennan Comey and Clapper to OHUMMA, and asking ‘what did Obama know??”, I think they are softening us up for the ultimate get, Mr. Ohumma himself.
