I scanned the rest of the article and some comments. I know nothing about Cuccinelli so don’t really know if it is good news or if the guy isn’t that great.
Before I thought of him as a backstabbing weasel I admired Ken Cuccinelli. He ran for Governor of VA and lost by a whisker because his campaign was completely ignored by the RNC and GOP at large. But then he came out as a rabid Never Trumper. He led the effort at the Republican Convention to steal delegates from DJT and deny the clear winner the nomination.
I don't like him. I don't trust him. I don't support this move. But DJT is POTUS and he deserves to fill out his administration as he sees fit. He obviously knows things that we don't, so while I don't trust KC, I DO trust DJT.
