since when is USC an elite school?......Stanford maybe, but allowing chelsea to get a degree in 3 yr without ever really attending classes shows Stanford to not be quite so rigorous academically....

What’s also interesting, from the Chelsea standpoint (rather than that of Stanford) is that according to these guys she started off chemistry / pre-med, then switched to a history major:

I guess she could have had a major awakening in intellectual interests during her sophomore year; it’s also the case that it’s kinda tough to fake your way through the chemistry, biology, physics and math you need to stay viable as a pre-med.

Vanderbilt put out a press release saying that they are too careful to ever be duped in this way.

One wonders if they were not a little worried that they were not included on this list of “elite” schools. “How come no one is cheating to come here?”
