#3 How much was the Chelsea Clintons bribe?

Wiki: She received an undergraduate degree at Stanford University and later earned master’s degrees from University College, Oxford and Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, and a Doctor of Philosophy in international relations from the University of Oxford

I would figure that the child of a Rhodes Scholar and a valedictorian from Wellesley probably has enough smarts to get into college without a bribe. Of course being the child of a president likely does have some perks.

I’ve often wondered about that, especially Oxford! Say it isn’t so! But then, I remember the episode on “Inspector Morse” , in which there was such cheating going on at one of Oxford’s colleges. Cambridge has always been a hotbed of spy recruits, but lots of brilliance. Oxford -— well, Bill Clinton was there as a Rhodes Scholar. Of course, he had to leave in disgrace...

THIS is why we desperately need national testing for all subjects, to adjudicate what you know, and what you don't know, AND, to once and for all put an end to the myth of ‘elite’ institutions. If you graduate from Yale Law, for example, but don't pass the DC Bar, but people from many, many state Law schools and lesser stature law schools do (this is factual), what does that tell you about the ‘greatness’ of Yale Law School - or of any ‘elite’ law school for that matter? This is true for all areas of study, including medicine.
