Prayers Up. God uses whomever he chooses. No fears or worries about worthiness
Thank you greeneyes. I have not always followed Gods will. I confess great selfishness and willful disobedience. But I have received no less than Gods Grace at every turn. It sort of freaks me out.
It is time for me to acknowledge my shortcomings, but to also acknowledge that Gods will in my life keeps showing itself and must be done no matter what I think or do.
Hoping you understand. It’s like I’m this awfull person that keeps getting blessed.
The gifts of God are without repentance. Furthermore, you may possess one of the special gifts (1 Cor 12:7-10).
I am reminded of my friend Earl; once at a church meeting I announced that I was angry with Earl; everyone looked shocked and troubled. I went on to say that Earl was stealing all the blessings, not leaving any for the rest of us. Of course that is tautologically impossible, but it served as a note of encouragement to all - AND, he had been delivered out of a pit of vipers and serious health damages.
