The bull is likely a Texas Longhorn mascot (U-Texas, Austin). But as far as I can tell, Comey does not have any connection to the school or the Texas Longhorns.
However, Josh Campbell is from Texas and went to UT. At the FBI he was a special assistant to Comey and is now a CNN contributor.
So, how did CNN producer David Shortell Campbell get in on the 5 AM Roger Stone gig? Were Comey and Campbell somehow involved?

It is called the mano cornuto, the horned hand, with index finger and pinkie raised proudly as the sign of the beast, ready for an unholy wave to your favorite demon king. The Horns of Cernunnos. The woolly Goat of Mendes.
Depending on the culture, it can mean something else. Seems to me like so many world leaders/cabal members use it, that I just think of it being evil.
