I think that’s his plan. He will declare a National Emergency then. He knows he can’t just drove declaring one without having tried everything.

I only listen to rush for a few minutes in the car but he said he did not think it was a caving. I didn’t hear much more than that. But it’s interesting because Rush used to be one of the first ones to be negative about Trump. Now he is turning around and defending him when everyone else is pointing fingers. Interesting switch.

It actually is isn’t it. Except what I find so sad here is that people are not starving, they are not out of work, and we are not having hyperinflation. All that happened to produce Hitler. Fox is told the Senate is running “hotlines” to get clearance from all 100 senators to advance the interim spending bill, perhaps by voice vote or unanimous consent. COULD come on the floor within the hour. Hse would come later

He can exert all he wants and they will unexhert him, then what will he do.? He should declare up front, courts have no standing in emergencies and it will not stop his decision from being implemented.

Wow, I haven’t had that happen yet. When mine have exploded they just leaked out some of the chemical. And it’s always on the electrodes of the little battery container. And unless I can wipe it all off and scrub the electrode clean, whatever the device was is ruined.

Lol, so now my prepping consists of lots of flashlights around the house with no batteries in them. The batteries are next to them in a baggie.
