We have a Neutra house in our town. It's a real gem...
I'll never understand why people go ga-ga over something like this. I've seen better chicken coops in backyards.

It doesn’t do much for me either.

I dunno, it might be a good design for a drive through burger joint.

There are some beautiful but fairly modest mid-century contemporary houses, Eichler springs to mind, but this one looks like a small town minor bank branch with a one-lane drive through window. It really doesn’t have much to recommend it aesthetically, zilch for curb appeal. Its a box with a carport.

There's a bit of Frank Lloyd Wright in Neutra's designs...and I've always admired FLW designs. But I've always been partial to contemporary with clean lines

A barn has more character.

Looks kind of like a drive in without the menu board.

Reminds me of Frank Lloyd Wright’s style. I have little doubt with that flat roof that they leak like crazy just like a lot, not all but a lot of, Wright’s did.
Lot of midwest schools went flat roof route and ended up with major roof problems on an ongoing basis.

I like it. But people should be allowed to do what they want with their own property.
