From my reading of POTUS’ Executive Order today, just Executive branch offices and agencies are closed, not the whole shebang. My comment about it had a link to the EO, I could neither copy the image nor was there a link to it, but I can find a link.
Aha, here is the EO - ACK!!! It is not the order closing the Executive branch, it’s just about flag half mast, what a great guy HWB was, etcetc.

Executive order closes Government on December 5, 2018
Washington, DC (WCMH) - President Trump has issued a proclamation for the closing of executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government on December 5, 2018, in honor of George H.W. Bush.
The proclamation reads:
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. All executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government shall be closed on December 5, 2018, as a mark of respect for George Herbert Walker Bush, the forty-first President of the United States.
Sec. 2. The heads of executive departments and agencies may determine that certain offices and installations of their organizations, or parts thereof, must remain open and that certain employees must report for duty on December 5, 2018, for reasons of national security, defense, or other public need.
Sec. 3. December 5, 2018, shall be considered as falling within the scope of Executive Order 11582 of February 11, 1971, and of 5 U.S.C. 5546 and 6103(b) and other similar statutes insofar as they relate to the pay and leave of employees of the United States.
Sec. 4. The Director of the Office of Personnel Management shall take such actions as may be necessary to implement this order.
Sec. 5. General Provisions. (a) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(b) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

Amen. I wonder how many days since Trump took office have included patriots in harm’s way. Good to remember to pray for them even when we’re not hearing of specific operations. I thank those patriots who willingly enter the fight and take the risks.

Q says “5:5 several times. Then over the weeks Trump tweets a picture 1 to 5 with his finger on 5, he tweets “5 of 5”, Tweets a photo of 2 firefighters wearing helmets with 5 and 5 and Eric Trump tweets a photo of a clock with both hands on the 5.
Q says they refuse to call McCain by name because he was a traitor. Trump refused to say his name even in naming a bill.
these are just a very very tiny sample of the endless examples that proves Trump administration is behind Q. Many people really do not have the ability to think logically.
FWIW, I found (and lost) search results that said when Reagan died (June 5), George Bush (traveling in the UK) declared the following day (JUne 6) a national day of mourning during which time federal buildings would be closed. Other posts indicated that is standard for the death of a pres (national day of mourning/fed buildings closed).
This week I heard incredulous commentators just amazed that China might want to make a deal. My son said. 'Gee, Dad; you were saying over a year ago that China has too much to lose to not sue for a deal.'
Now we have about a 3/4 $tril annual deficit with China - about 10 times more than 20 years ago, plus they take free license to steal our patents and other intellectual property, to the tune of countless more billions of dollars, and they are going to stone wall is in the face of punitive tariffs as countermeasures?
How do these elitist globalist economists get such prestigious high-paying jobs?
How could he have done that, unless he was already dead?
