Actually, yes, it should have always remained illegal here too. If it had these perverts wouldn’t be running amuck right now corrupting everything they could lay their hands on.
It is utterly simple to demonstrate that these things, which because they were unlawful among the several States that ratified the Constitution, are therefore not among the Priviliges and Immunities referenced by A4:S2:C1 or the other rights retained in the 9th Amendment.
It is there.
