I don’t think she has a brain.
Why would RBG need any kind of kidney? It was her RIBS, not kidneys, that were affected.
And not since God took a rib from Adam and created Eve, has there been a successful transplant of a rib from one human to another. Technology just isn’t there yet.
Ribs normally knit back together by themselves, over a period of several months. Pretty uncomfortable until then, though.
