They went to Texas. That is where they thought the majority of Invaders were going, but then they switched to Tijuana.
The way they are doing the wire is rediculas anyway. Some real heavy gloves and wire cutters and WALLA!!! through the fence.
Apparently somebody in the admin needs to read FR more regularly, because I heard weeks ago the invaders were likely to go to TJ.
Besides, wouldn't it be prudent to secure more than 1 portion of the border? How about a contingency plan?
The invaders announced their intention to go to Tijuana all along. But in Texas, we get hundreds of them every day, so hopefully it was useful.
