The GOP should send her packing on the Arlen Spector Charlie Crist career path. One who prefers to vote with the Democrats should be forced to run with them.

In the mean time, the new and improved snapping turtle McConnell should immediately bounce her as chairperson of the Senate Energy Committee and see how that flies with her Alaskan supporters.

Murkowski shouldn't be so hard to defeat in Alaska. We have several RINOs in districts and states where republican voters are much more conservative than the politicians, but we can't seem to defeat for some reason. We always say we will get them next time, but it usually doesn't happens. The only reason that makes sense to me is that those more conservative voters don't participate in primaries, and these RINOs have a lot more cash, and are more organized than their opponents. We have to increase voter turnout in these races.

We should oppose Murkowski in anyway we can, but if we aren't prepared in 2022 we will lose again. The voters will have already forgot their outrage over this, and her campaign will have more cash and be better organized than her opponent. We have to do everything we can to step up our efforts to take these seats.

Au contair. I think a lot of liberal Democrats in Alaska DID vote for Lisa Murkowski, in both 2016 and 2010, and they will do so again next time.

The "official" DemonRat party nominee for the U.S. Senate race only got 11% in 2016. Liberal RATs in Alaska know Murkowski is a better option for them than their own party's nominee. I bet the Alaska RAT party didn't even fund "their" nominee.
