I’m not sure - I’ve tried searching for tweets by date range before and never found anything effective - there must something!

On that site, if you click on the actual tweet, it opened the actual Twitter account and the time seemed to be showing a 4 hour difference (?) Depending on whether you read the tweet at Twitter it at that site (?)
May need fresher eyes to make sense of it..
TL;DR version: Use the search box to do a search, e.g., @realdonaldtrump. On the left side of the search results, you'll see some search options. At the bottom of the search options you'll see "Advanced Search" in bold. Click that to be able to search by date.
Supposedly only works if you're logged in.
