I got a good tire repair kit, that came with a heavy T-Handled tire puncture reamer that looks very much that size and thickness.

I agree with you both. I showed the pic to a friend, they said the same thing. Also they said first impression, the guy is possible military in a ready position. If we can get a better close up of right hand possible gun that is made to look like something else. Just food for thought...MAGA
