Oh, and I opined that I believe Sessions is part of the problem, not the solution...which is one place I guess I diverge from Q...but I’m taking Trump at his word here, as he has himself expressed great dissatisfaction with Sessions. But I think that rubbed some folks the wrong way.

Before he ran for President, remember Trump's most famous two words?

"YOU'RE FIRED!!!"

If Sessions were not (secretly) executing Trump's wishes, that's what those tweets would have said -- long ago.

I'll flatly predict that,by mid-November, the Sessions-whiners will be eating crow...

You did not grok that Trump’s public criticisms of Sessions were just that - for the public. To make it so the swamp dwelling vermin think (for starters) that Sessions is not after their a**es, that Trump thinks Sessions is not doing his job (not going after their a**es, for instance), that Trump’s administration is not working well and the like.

It’s tactics. Duplicity to trick the enemy. That is a leitmotif in Trump’s methodolgy.
